With advanced manufacturing technology and strict quality control procedures, our bearings provide long service life and excellent running stability.

What Are Miniature Ball Bearings?

Miniature Ball Bearings are compact deep groove ball bearings generally featuring bore diameters from 1 mm and outer diameters up to approximately 30 mm. Despite their small size, they are capable of supporting both radial and axial loads while maintaining smooth and precise rotation. These bearings are commonly referred to as micro precision bearings because of their tight tolerances and exceptional running accuracy.

Their compact design makes them ideal for equipment requiring lightweight components, limited installation space, and highly accurate motion control.

MR Series – Smaller Outer Ring Metric Miniature Ball Bearings

Metric miniature bearings with bore diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 8 mm. The metric MR Series bearings are designed to withstand moderate radial and thrust loads, but only at low torques. It is an ideal bearing for small envelopes requiring high precision. Options include: ABEC classes (1-9), chrome steel and stainless steel construction, and open, metal shields or rubber seals.

600 Series – Larger Outer Ring Metric Miniature Ball Bearings

The 600 series is a Larger Outer Ring Metric Miniature Ball Bearings. The bore range of 3mm to 9mm is available with greater O.D. and width dimensions to allow for heavier duty applications ranging from stepping motors to skateboard wheels. Available with ABEC classes (1-9), chrome steel and stainless steel construction, and open or metal shields or rubber seals.

R Series – Inch Size Miniature Ball Bearings

The R Series is an Inch Size Miniature Ball Bearings. The bore range goes from 0.1250" to 1.2500" while the O.D. goes from 0.3750" to 2.250". This series provides high performance with small envelope dimensions. Available with ABEC classes (1-9), chrome steel and stainless steel construction, and open or metal shields or rubber seals.

MF, F, FR Series – Flanged Miniature Ball Bearings

Flanged ball bearings are available open, shielded or sealed. These metric and inch sized deep groove radial flanged miniature bearings can withstand heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in both directions. Flanged miniature ball bearings have an outer ring flange to facilitate location in a housing. Bearings range from ABEC classes 1-9.

RW, FRW Series - Extended Inner Ring Inch Miniature Ball Bearings

Mounted-bearing units are highly versatile and can accommodate nearly any roller or ball-bearing type. Design options include many material options for both housing units and the bearings themselves. Emerson Bearing’s mounted units are available for shafts between ½” and 4-15/16″, as well as metric variations. Housing materials are available in cast iron, stainless steel, thermoplastic, split housing and bearing are also available for heavy duty applications.

BL series – Full complement ball bearings

Full complement ball bearings are ball-fitted bearings, which capitalise on the space usually occupied by the ball retainer, as removing the retainer enables additional balls to be fitted. This increase in ball complement allows for significant increases in bearing capacity in either axial or radial directions, but relatively bearing operates at low speed.
